Time for youself before we reconvene for our mind-body integration practice.

What: This session will ask you to get into your body, a critical practice for regulation and resilience. There are many ways to do this, but today we will explore a co-creative and connecting practice of spontaneous movement with our entire group together. We will be indoors, standing, and moving around for this session. No experience or mobility requirements to participate in this session. We will adapt to all levels and bodies.

Movement + Comfort:

• Sessions will take place mostly outdoors with shade when possible. We will be sitting in chairs, on the floor, standing, and moving around gently throughout the day. 

• No need to be fancy here! Please dress comfortably for all these possibilities and let us know if you have any particular needs we can address to allow you to participate fully.
