Super Struggles and Super Powers

Entrepreneur researcher, Michal Freeman, asked, “Are Entrepreneurs Touched with Fire?” in his paper on neurodivergence in entrepreneurs. He found that there is a higher occurrence of mental health challenges in the entrepreneur population than the general population. In everything from ADHD, to bipolar and depression, entrepreneurship and mental health challenges seem to go together.

These challenges can make it difficult for folks to function the way they would like to, but they also often come along with corresponding gifts.

Use this quick inventory to reflect on your super struggles and begin to find ways to leverage them into your super powers!
