  • “Roth has been, single-handedly, one of the most important and educative things to happen in my tech leadership career so far. He helped me evolve my management style to better reflect the goals of the organization, as well as my own personal beliefs and values. He has an unwavering ability to get to the core of any problem and offer guidance that is practical, insightful and, as with the best of coaches, comes from true integrity.”

  • Roth was able to create a safe space for managers from different teams to share, learn from each other. I particularly enjoyed the check-ins at the beginning of the sessions and how Roth let individuals sometimes share more on specific topics they are particularly interested in. As a management team at a start-up you have to overcome challenges quickly and I feel Roth was also flexible enough in his approach to cater to those specific needs, understanding the group's dynamic. In addition to those group sessions, my 1t1 session with Roth was a true breakthrough in understanding how I act & react. I'm very grateful I got the opportunity to work with him.”
