Roth Herrlinger is an executive coach and strategic advisor with several decades of experience assisting companies and nonprofits in a wide variety of industries throughout the U.S. and worldwide. His specialty is scaling effective leadership and management, paired with sustainable strategy and execution, in high-growth startups and time-honored institutions.
Roth has a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford University and holds advanced certifications in executive coaching, Enneagram, and Eastern & Western Tantric studies. He has a global following as a solo piano artist and is a former Oakley-sponsored triathlete. His and a small group of other coaches’ work with lifers in Folsom Prison is portrayed in “The Work”, which won the 2017 SXSW Film Festival Grand Jury Award for Best Documentary Feature, and was described by Indiewire as “the most powerful group therapy session ever caught on camera”.
