Get to know Renée.
Renée's passion is coaching high-performing leaders and individual contributors who are committed to their personal and professional development journey. While she specializes in finance, tech, and early-stage startup founders and teams, she works with various clients across diverse industries. Renée uses a combination of thoughtful inquiry, challenge, and accountability to help her clients cultivate self-awareness and achieve their goals. During your time working together, she will employ a holistic approach to coaching - encompassing what is going on for you both during and outside of working hours.
With global experience in tech and investing and training in executive coaching, Renée empowers her clients to move from a place of internal awareness to external results, rooted in conscious choice. She spent the past decade working across early and late-stage tech startups, venture capital firms, and Wall Street at Robinhood, Twist Bioscience, PayPal Ventures, Harlem Capital, and PLUS Capital. Renée began her career at J.P. Morgan as an institutional portfolio manager based in New York and later in London. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Middle Eastern Studies with language citations in French, Spanish, and Arabic from Harvard College, as well as an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Renée lives in Venice Beach, CA, where after work she can be found practicing her golf swing or upside down at a yoga studio.
