Nalani Rodriguez

Get to know Nalani.

I work with leaders to create energy-giving relationships with work. This looks like learning to communicate and make decisions that honor one’s authenticity and personal values to build a relationship with work that fuels life holistically.

My focus is on building awareness and skillfulness that keeps on bearing fruit over the long term. I invite deep self-reflection and lean on needs-based communication and parts work in my coaching. I have particular experience with tech founders, CEOs, and people managers across levels, and have served as an embedded coach inside multiple tech startups. In addition to my coaching and leadership development work, I’ve spent time in leadership positions across strategy consulting, experience design, and people operations.

In this season of life, you’ll find me diversifying my spare time with tangible creations - from cooking to crafting, my way back to myself is through using my hands to create function and beauty.

  • "Nalani helped me navigate the million and one critical moments as an entrepreneur and leader that are so hard to figure out on your own. Myself and our company wouldn’t have been able to withstand the instability without having her strength by our side."

    Alina Vandenberghe, Co-CEO, Chili Piper

  • "Working with Nalani has been life-changing. She's helped me become more thoughtful in my work and my life. She has helped me understand what I want, pushes me to think differently and more deeply, and has given me the confidence to make meaningful changes. My fiancé even remarked, "Nalani is the best thing that has ever happened to you!"

    Katie Mulligan, Venture Capital Director

  • "Nalani takes the business perspective in mind and contextualizes issues instead of just dealing with my perspective only. Nalani shared her own (leadership) journey with me....which was important to allow me to overcome the urge to poke holes in [her] reasoning. This allowed me to focus on the value she was providing".
