Laura Shook Guzman, LMFT and CEO/Founder of Conscious Ambition, is a thought leader for entrepreneurial mental health. Laura is on a mission, connecting with people all over the world from founders to executive leaders, to share a powerful message about the value of mental health, collaborative work, and embodied living.

As an accomplished psychotherapist, mental health coach, trauma specialist, and devoted community leader, Laura brings enormous expertise, insight, and energy to her work. She founded and operated Soma Vida - the world's first Wellness Coworking Community - from 2008 to 2020 in Austin, TX. And in a desire to create a global community for womxn and non-binary founders/operators, Laura launched Women Who Cowork in 2016 to increase the success and visibility of women in the coworking movement.

Laura has a BA in Psychology from the University of Texas and an MA in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on marriage and family therapy from Pepperdine University.
