Jason coaches founders who are under immense pressure to perform at world-class levels. His clients long for high performance peace and are determined to accelerate their organizations’ growth upon a foundation of deeper, more integrated wellbeing.
Jason’s coaching is built upon his deep experience as an operator. He founded and was CEO of two technology companies: Cape, an autonomous drone company that raised over $20M and sold to Motorola, and Workshop, a career management company. He worked in venture capital as an EIR at XSeed Capital, and earlier in his career worked at Google and Udacity.
Jason has coached founders from over 100 companies at all stages of the startup journey, from pre-idea through leading publicly traded companies. Selected clients: Asana, Zoom, YouTube, DocuSign, Amazon, Apple, Golden State Warriors, Candle Media, PayJoy, Skydio, Masterclass, Jasper Ridge Partners, Tuesday Capital, Owl Ventures, Claremont McKenna College, and portfolio companies at YCombinator, StartX, and Techstars.
