Bonnie is an executive coach, breathwork practitioner, facilitator, and business consultant with 15+ years of experience as an entrepreneur.

After her last company was acquired, she now supports founders and leaders to develop practices and habits that support their physical, mental, and emotional health, along with strategic support to grow their businesses.

Her holistic approach gives her clients a range of tools that help fuel their personal growth, leadership capacity, and resilience so they can build their businesses without burning out.
